1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective or has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product significantly differs from the description displayed on our website.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be retained.
- Clear photographs and videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish that occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or natural materials.
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized furniture.
- Products that have been assembled, altered, or modified after delivery.
- Return requests raised after the specified return window.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund timelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
- Wallet Payments: As per provider timelines

6. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, HIBROSA may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to:
- Product availability
- Verification of the reported issue
- Approval by our support team
7. Return Shipping
For approved returns resulting from:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect deliveries
HIBROSA will arrange reverse pickup or cover applicable return shipping charges.
For any other approved return circumstances, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
HIBROSA reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject return requests based on inspection findings.
- Issue partial refunds where appropriate.
- Offer repairs or replacements instead of refunds when feasible.
9. Order Refusal at Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, HIBROSA reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, handling, and return logistics charges from any refund amount.
